As the calibre of our consultants is crucial to the successful implementation of our assignments, Solving IMCG attaches great importance to ongoing professional development and training. Training takes place on the job, in-house and at the best business schools in Europe and the USA.

On-the-job training

All consultants are university graduates and have a number of years' experience in business. Much of their knowledge is gained on the job in the course of their projects.

In-house training

Solving IMCG has developed an in-house training cycle of two years comprising 6-8 different training sessions, each of which is put in an international context. Owing to their success, these sessions are regularly attended by colleagues from other Solving Efeso offices. The following topics are part of the curriculum:

Business school

Furthermore, Solving IMCG staff are encouraged to attend courses at the best European and American business schools such as INSEAD, Stanford and Harvard. The cutting-edge nature of these intense courses and the continuous challenge of their peers give our consultants the depth and breadth of knowledge they need to excel in their jobs.
